Few guides have lived the concept of wilderness trails more than Bruce Lawson.   Thousands of hours roaming one of the planets most wildlife dense regions teaches you a thing or two about the bush.

Bruce has been with Arkaba since 2021 and continues to share his passion and knowledge while visiting the Arkaba Conservancy.

Inspired by his ornithologist father, Bruce began roaming the wilds of Africa in 1992. With a passion for sharing his slice of South Africa, Bruce hosted many as a field and wilderness guide in the thick of the northern Kruger National Park. Setting his sights on encouraging others to share his passion, he joined a wildlife guide training school, instructing, mentoring and inspiring local youngsters and people from all over the world to join the fight against poaching by becoming rangers
